Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback ladies! I love it. Johnelle, so sneaky to take her to breakfast there and find out what she thought. I'm keeping it on the list. The price seems pretty good too! I just need to find out if we can maybe bring in our own desserts and food also to compliment the menu and make it more high tea-ish. I love food! Rosie is half English so we gotta do it up at least half right. :)

Also, you should be able to leave comments now in the comment section but let me know. Of course, email has been working great. I can make it so that when someone leaves a comment you get it directly to your email box. Let me know if this is something you would like and I'll add you.

More Centerpiece ideas

Tea Cup centerpiece

Bridal Shower Centerpiece

I think this centerpiece might look pretty cute on her tables. If we do a round table we could group 3 together. Also this might be easy to check the goodwill for glasses or borrow from friends.

Questioning Rosie

Hey Ladies! Okay, I'm kind of addicted to blogging. I like having an online journal that I can access anywhere. And it is an easy way for me to share ideas with you. So I asked Rosie what kind of shower she would like.

Here are her answers....

  1. Not too many games
  2. Cake
  3. Her special punch
  4. lots of appetizers
  5. salads
  6. broccoli crunch from Whole Foods
  7. finger sandwiches
  8. Would love to have a high tea shower if she could have anything
  9. Mimosas
  10. She would like to coordinate blue and poppy pink from the wedding
Would you like a bachelorette party?
She said not a traditional one. You know, the one with strippers. She said maybe a dinner and drinks out with the girls a week or so before the wedding.

As for a venue for the shower.....her guest list is about 65 people. Now I know that not all 65 people will come but a room that could potentially hold about 40 people would be great. I'm looking for a small room in a hotel to host the event. Not the ballroom size room but some hotels have small rooms available for business meetings. The other kicker is that we have to be able to bring in our own food. So if you happen to know of a spot let me know so I can come check it out. The shower seems far away but venues will need to be booked early so we don't miss out. Or if you know of another space where we could host the event I'll take some ideas.
