Robin has the hookups! She has a wonderful grandmother who has reserved the Quail Lakes clubhouse for the entire day of the shower for FREE!!!! I'll post pics that Robin sent me when I get a chance! Wooo Hooo! We are on our way. :)
I found a wedding photographer's website that has pictures from a reception at the clubhouse. It starts on gallery page 10 (the clubhouse photos) and goes on and on. They have round tables...I think they brought those in themselves...but anyway it helps to show what can fit there. :-)
